Your data is stored in secure cloud databases and cloud storage (AWS S3). We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), secure authentication, and access controls. Service report PDFs are stored in encrypted cloud storage and are only accessible to the account that created them.

We do not store credit card numbers, CVV codes, or full payment details. All payment processing is handled by our third-party payment providers (NOWPayments and Paddle).

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your data with:

• Payment processors (NOWPayments, Paddle) — to process your subscription and one-off payments
• AI service providers — diagnostic conversations are processed by our AI engine to generate responses. Conversations may be used to improve AI quality.

6. AI-Generated Content and Photos

Photos you upload for AI visual analysis are processed to generate diagnostic assessments. Uploaded images are stored in your account's cloud storage and are not shared with other users. Diagnostic conversations are stored in your account history and may be used to improve the AI engine's accuracy.

7. Cookies and Analytics

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We use anonymous analytics (Umami) to understand how the Service is used. Analytics data does not include personally identifiable information.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Delete your account and associated data
• Export your service reports and equipment data
