1. Overview

At TradeFix AI, operated by Caribbean Cooling BVI, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued for our subscription plans and one-off purchases.

2. Subscription Plans (Pro and Enterprise)

Monthly Subscriptions:

  • 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with your Pro or Enterprise subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase. This applies to first-time subscribers only.
  • After 7 Days: No refunds will be issued for the current billing period. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.
  • Renewal Charges: Refunds are not available for automatic renewal charges. If you do not wish to be charged for the next billing period, you must cancel your subscription before the renewal date.

3. One-Off Diagnosis Credit Packs

  • Unused Credits: If you have not used any credits from a purchased credit pack, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
  • Partially Used Credits: If you have used one or more credits from a pack, no refund will be issued. Credits do not expire and remain available in your account indefinitely.

4. Service Outages and Technical Issues

If the TradeFix AI service experiences a significant outage or technical failure that prevents you from using paid features for an extended period (more than 48 consecutive hours), you may be eligible for a prorated credit or refund for the affected period. Please contact us with details of the issue.

5. How to Request a Refund

Please include the following in your refund request:

  • Your account email address
  • The order number or transaction ID
  • The reason for your refund request
  • The date of purchase

We aim to process all refund requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method.

6. Refund Processing

  • Card Payments (via Paddle): Refunds will be processed back to the original card. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
  • Cryptocurrency Payments (via NOWPayments): Refunds for cryptocurrency payments will be issued in USDT (Tether) to a wallet address you provide. Due to the nature of cryptocurrency transactions, refunds will be processed at the USD value at the time of the original purchase, not the current market rate.
  • PayPal Payments: Refunds will be returned to your PayPal account.

7. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Subscription renewals (cancel before the renewal date to avoid charges)
  • Partially used diagnosis credit packs
  • Accounts that have been suspended or terminated for violation of our Terms of Service

8. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Settings page in your TradeFix AI account. Upon cancellation:

  • You will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period
  • Your account will revert to the Free plan at the end of the billing period
  • Your diagnostic history, equipment records, and saved reports will remain accessible
  • Unused diagnosis credits will remain in your account and do not expire

9. Disputes

If you are unsatisfied with our refund decision, you may contact us to discuss further. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly. If a resolution cannot be reached, you may escalate the dispute through your payment provider (Paddle or NOWPayments).

10. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
